Citation Number: If the citation number contains letters, enter letters in UPPERCASE. For example, C0123456 or C123456.
Name: If you have multiple last names, enter both last names in the last name field box.
Date of Birth Format: MM/DD/YYYY
Payment of Fine: Any violation paid online that is not either through Deferred Disposition or Request for Driver Safety Course will be reported as a conviction to the Texas Department of Public Safety.
Warning: If your cases indicate Warrant issued, only a payment of the full balance can be processed.
